This is amazing how it can respond to the music with dance, how it can kick and how fluidly it climbed up stairs and how it runs also in another video i saw it pushing a cart, serving tea and holding hands just pure amazing and also how it responds to people
“I, robot” is right around the corner. Sure, it’s rudimentary, but so was the wheel when it first got “around” (get it?). I’m sure it’ll improve over time and they’ll make it cheaper, more effective, faster, etc. I think it’s AWESOME!
What really amazes me is his arms and hands, they move so fast and precisely.
his feet are still bent I guess asimo still can’t balance like us humans muahahahhaha
Maybe it costed a million to develop it but the each unit cost actually $15,000.- on top of that, $5,000.- a year for the regular maintenance from what I saw in the another video.
It’s already more cost effective over hiring a person and Asimo works three shifts a day nonstop(excpet battery charging time). Negative side of this, there are still many things Asimo can’t do but human can. Positive side of this, Asimo has entertaiment value. Everybody’s going to line up to see this little guy.
It seems like it’s the ankle movement that isn’t still perfected yet and keeps Asimo from walking straight like a normal human.

Yes and see that nothing happens because he isn’t programmed to use a gun.
there is many asimos and it’s not boy or girl. it’s computer with legs it can’t be boy

I seen him yesterday at the sunderland youth engeneering show.. it was amazing!!! im so previlaged to see the robot and im like 13 yr old lol
what a amazing invention Love it!
They said they cost about half a million pounds in england but i think its about 1 million dollars so yeh lol
